請教小白兔 and other experts

I just found out that immgration interviewer took my I94 card away on my last interview. I did not pass the interview since I have to give them more documents to show I had a real marriage with an american guy. Did this thing happen to someone else? They took the I94 card on purpose? Am I still legal to stay in American?
It sounds so horribel to me? what shoul I do about this?
