1-800一句話就把俺打發了

Fingerprint都過期兩個多月了還沒受到renew的通知，有點著急。於是打電話給1-800問能否給schedule一個，那個小姐一句話說這都是由計算機自動發出的，就把俺給打發了。下周還想再打一遍試試，但怎麽說才能讓她給發個notice呢？
