Please help me how to read this I485 case status?

Current Status:

On October 11, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

(We filed the case on 9/3/2005, receipt date. Fingerprint date: 10/01/2005. Neither our lawyer nor us received anything after these dates.)
