請教XIAOBAITU等高手：PERM網上申請帳號被拒

DIY辦PERM，準備提交了，在網上申請帳號。
先收到EMAIL要求出示證明的確存在這個Business。
按要求出示了以後，今天又收到這封信：
Unfortunately, we were unable to verify the employer listed during the
registration as a bonafide business entity and cannot grant you access to use
the Permanent Online System to electronically Form 9089 applications.

在這種情況下，應該再申請一次帳號呢？還是不用網上提交申請了？
