Is there any 485 approval from VSC EB1OR with PD July2005?

Found quite some approvals with Sep 2005 PD, but didn't see any July's approval.
Got two LUDs on July and Auguest. Everytime, thought it is coming, and always be disappointed everyday. What is going on at VSC?

If anyone has approval with July 2005 PD at VSC, could you please share the information, LUDs, academy or industry job so I can have some encouragment here?
