First, all applications have chance to get backgound checkup. More experience in China take more time check your background.

If U have enough working years for your application, U can think about ignoring it. That is all up to U, but U cannot leave any period gap on Ur application. If they feel your inforamtion cannot be trusted, the immigration officer also will double check your background.
