Third country visa or

You don't need to go back to China for visa. You can go to Canada or Mexico for visa before you leave for Europe. However, if you are not a Canadian PR and live close to border probably you will get 3-month/2-entry H1B visa. If your training in Europe is more than 3 months, then you need to get H1B visa from US consulate there.
