I used to call them 2-3 times a week. They told me they can olnly send your info to Immigration office once every 30 days. Whenever you call them, they will ask you name, number,date,etc. Actually they can do almost nothing coz the systerm limits that. Last time I called, the lady told me that I would hear from them in 30 days, then after a few minutes I called again, another woman asked if I called that day coz she couldn't send my info. Days later, I called again coz I got different info last time, and that woman said" No, you have to wait til next month."
