EB2 no visa is available

NIW
140 CSC AD: 10/04; AP: 05/05
485 CSC AD: 09/05

I called USCIS for 485 status.

The service electronic record shows that this the fingerprint and name
checks were completed; however, the no visa is available at this time.
Please refer to visa availability posted in the Department of Staten
Visa Bulletin that can be accessed in department website at
www.travel.state.gov
