If marriage is stable and your H1 is good for two to three more years, Go for marriage GC, cheaper, effortless and easier in procedures. Beware, N400 may take one year, so don't use Sept 2005 as the day you plan to give up H1 status. Use end of 2006.

Or if your employer is willing to sponsor, go for that, too. Costly but may be quicker if RIR approved.

Or if your ability/accomplishments are better than most people, you can go EB1 or EB2-NIW. This will take you a lot of time and effort to prepare. And you do need to be strong or have good presentation to get approved.
