請教 XT_Kitty：

本人遞交(EB1) I-140 申請到VSC， 我的 PD: 12/12/2005; 在 4/18/2006， TSC 發來通知說我的CASE 已從 VSC 轉到了 TSC 處理， 但在 TSC 發出的 Notice 上 PD 欄裏沒有填寫日期(是空白)， Recept Date 12/14/2005。

我的(EB1) I-140 Case 於 6/3/2006 被批準了。 7/1/2006 EB1的排期變為 Current， 我在7月份遞交了 I-485。 請問我的 PD 是按 TSC received date 算起呢？還是按 VSC 的PD 算起呢？
