I am talking to a company for a position in international business. They are very interested in my work experience and education in business in China.
However, this position has nothing to do with the master's degree I got from here in U.S. which helped me get my H1b visa for my current job.
So, my question is since the position you apply for under H1b should be related to the degree you've obtain here, can I, by any means, get my application approved by INS? for example, under other visa than H1b?
thanks.
visa problem. help!!!!!!!!!!!and thanks.
