Need your help: VSC or NSC

My I140 and I485 were filed long time ago to VSC. Now my I140 has been approved and I485 is pending. I just got married and want to add my wife to my I485. Should I send her application material to VSC since my I485 is still pending in VSC or should I send to NSC since I heard now everything need first send there? Which center should I choose?
