xiaobaitu,does every one need background check for filing family

if i remember correctly, some people you know that doens't go through name check process while file family-based GC. Is it correc? I just want to make sure not 100% GC application has go thorough name check.

also, it that true for those who have worked in china before will suffer longer time period of name check?
