My Perm was be denied. Blacklog center case is still on processing.It is my experience. I just guess that the DOL require to cancel the blacklog case or convert blacklog case to Perm, if you do not do it, your perm case will be denied. My colleague got perm approval after he had to cancel his blacklog case. His perm case was pending more than 4 months.
