遞交I-824，是讓媳婦和孩子following-to-join。我自己在美國拿綠卡。根據485和824的instruction，在我遞交485時同時遞交824，他們就可以在國內拿移民簽證，而不需要在這裏等。我自己覺得這樣比來這裏等要好，所以就想遞交824。但就那項不知道如何填。到處都找不到相關信息。
