Hi My I140 has been approved, I485 is still pending for more than one year. I called cis and got an inquiry, they said the case is pending due to the background check. I make an appointment with the local immigration offer about asking the case status. I doult about the action. can anybody give me suggestion? does the officer give me new information or they do any help on the case? thank you so much for your any ideas!!!
