請問小白兔：如何能取得H1B的延期？

我朋友的情況是：現在公司A給他辦Traditional Labor，在 Back Log 裏，已經 回複 45 天 Receipt 了。他是 H1B ８th year Extension （真慘！）. 現在公司A 要解雇他了。請問： 他還能再找工作嗎？他的律師說可以，隻要有雇主願意Sponsor他H1B，用他現在的公司A 的 Labor Certificate's BEC Log Case Number. 我告訴他不行，現在的公司A遲早要Withdraw 他的Traditional Labor.我說的對？ 還是律師說對呢？
