There is two way you can be together with your hu*****and. one is you back China, another one is after you get Job, apply greencard and he can apply in Guangzhou, China.

You really want to come USA?? as long as you said that, it is impossible to let him get visa, normally, they do have all recorde. like my hu*****and, first VO refused him, but another VO, He know everything about first interview about my hu*****and.

since you said you want to come here, and tell them you will not apply for him, then meaning is you give it up already.
