Ask for help-I485 RFE

Does anyone know how to provide evidence to show I still work in the same field? I changed job during I-485 pending. Is it necessary to ask my boss to write a letter?

Following is RFE I received:

If you have changed your employer, please state the name of your current employer, your job title and duties, the salary and the date you began this employment.

they also asked the copies of I-797, I-94 et al.

Does anyone give me some suggestion how to reply this RFE? it seems that they did not ask me to show I am still working in the same field.
