替網友Question100問I140 (PERM EB2)：多謝幫忙先！

I have a question to ask, my I140 (PERM EB2, college teacher)was ed to Vermont this Feb. Five months passed, nothing happen. Is it normail?

Receipt did not say processing time. My PERM was approved Feb. 1st. College teacher. Then I-140 ed Feb 16. Then I just waited and waited. But the procesing date for that cencer is Apr. 1st now. Any suggestions？
