I am a F1 visa holder, will graduate May 2004.
1. Can I be an independent contractor and receive commissions paid directly to me, and have this Income be reported to the IRS via a 1099? Does the person or company that I am affiliated with as an independent Contractor need to file any special application to give me commissions and the 1099 for tax reporting?
2.Can I sent up and / or be a member of an LLC or be a primary or single Stockholder in an IL based Corporation?
3. If so can I receive divided income from this new entity being an LLC or Corp?
4. Can this be done without applying for an H-1B(work visa)?
5. Are there any special requirements for me to hold a NASD Securities License and a Life Insurance License?
