請教小白兔或其他大蝦：H-1B transfer剛file又想轉F-2

我現在是H-1B,前段時間身體不好，所以想換到比較輕鬆一點的工作。結果就在上周新的公司已經幫我file了H-1B transfer了，我現在又想索性不工作轉F-2了。

我現在還在老的公司工作。不知道新的公司剛file了H-1B transfer,我轉F-2是要到新的公司開證明，還是到老的公司開證明？
