My lawyer ted my 485 with a permanet offer letter (I-140-OR, approved at NSC) last month. The case has been transfered from NSC to TSC. However, I asked a copy of the file from him and found the "permanent offer letter" ted is the confirmed letter provided by HR officer of University for 140 RFE. It was entitled to USCIS, not to me. It even didn't contain the amount of my salary.
Actually, I do have such offer letter (dated Oct 2005). What shall I do?
May I send the offer letter with 485 receipt to TSC now?
May I attach a new confirm letter from HR officer to verify my employment?
I hate to receive RFE.
Thanks
