Same boat!How did you reach TSC by phone? When I called 1-800..., input my 485 number. always got computer problem, could not reach my case and talk to operator.If I didn't input my 485 number, I can talk to operator. But she could not provide any useful info. I ask her transfer my call to TSC. She didn't. Did you reach TSC operator? If so, how did you do that? please share. Thanks a lot.
