請問小白兔：H1申請綠卡如果被拒，H4還能在美國轉成F1身份嗎？

我是H1， 想申請綠卡，但擔心萬一申請被拒， H1身份還能繼續用嗎？以後H4想在美國境內申請轉F1身份，會受影響嗎？
