请教F1->H1B gap身份问题

我準備退學工作。H1b申請提交已經批下來了，10月1號生效。但是我的F1到月底就過期了。中間一個多月的gap會不會有任何問題？聽說opt過期之後有60天的grace period，不知道退學的又沒有同樣的待遇啊？真心請教。謝謝大家！
