Should I go through PERM now? Thanks a lot for answer.

My employer help me filed RIR-EB2 in Oct., 2003 in NJ. As you all know, those cases are still stuck in PBEC. But I checked with some immigration forum, and some PBEC LCs around Feb.- Mar. 2003 got approved. Now It looks like it is possible that my company will help me file through PERM.

My question is: if I filed PERM now, I'll lose my PD time from RIR and PD time of 485 doesn't move forward in this month and may get retrogression next month. so what's you guys' suggestion now? Can I do perm and RIR at same time?

Any help is appreciated in advance.
