However,I talked to international office and they told me if one changed job with the same department and the job duty is same to previous one, people even do not need mend their H1B1 paper. In this case, the sponsor of the H1B1 is the company or university, therefore my sense is, at least, change job with the same department(different boss) is not changing their employers, does my understanding is correct?
