Can I transfer PD to EB1 from RIR?

My EB1-140 was approved and liked to I-485 but the PD is one year later than my RIR (LC was approved and I-140 was ted). Question is when my I-140 based on LC is approved,

Can I transfer the PD of my RIR to EB1?
