逾期可不可以工作取決於工作和單位性質,比如在大學,搞研究工作,延期一定會批,我認為你可以繼續工作,這種情況下,你要保留好申請的各種材料的copy,留於將來可能的GC申請的RFE用.

另一種保險的方法是向雇主請不帶薪的假,並要求雇主對審批部門詢問,通過雇主詢問比你自己詢問強許多.
