請教加拿大移民打指模的問題

我在我住的county的警察局網址上,看到這樣一段話:" We do not provide fingerprint cards. The cards are provided by the organization requesting that you be fingerprinted. We will not provide FBI fingerprint cards as they must be pre-printed with information that we do not have."這是不是說我無法在警察局裏辦指模了,得找local fingerprint services去辦? 請問如何找這樣的機構? 還有打指模是在local fingerprint services裏按,還是自己按? 多謝幫助!
