Can I fill LLC as a H1B worker? waiting to submit 485 now

Anyone knows? Also I need to file Schedule C at the end of the year for tax purpose, if I fill a LLC now.

I am H1B second year, really need to fill a LLC for my investment. My I140 was approved, but waiting to I485.

Cannot find answer from previous posts. Thanks to anyone who knows about this issue.
