Discussion: Do you think it is harder to find a job if you need

I don't know whether it is due to the immigration bill pending or not, I personally feel it is harder to find a job if you need sponsorship now. I used my H1B last year and this year I try to switch job, but it seems no way! Do you feel the same way?
