If he/she fire you anytime,your H1B will be revoked immidiately

no matter write to CIS or nor.If you can't provide your recent paystub to CIS,you can'ttransfer another H1B or apply adjustment of status ( green card ),except
the case is base on a marrige with a US citizen.
