請教: 已經使用AP, 若485申請被拒, 可否轉回H-1?

485剛剛遞上,已經收到AP. 近期由於家裏有事,急欲回國,打算用AP回美. 聽說一旦使用AP, 身份就成了AOS. 想請教高手, 如果485申請最終被拒,可否轉回H-1B繼續在美國工作?
