EAD help?

請問大蝦,1.一般要在EAD expires 提前多久renew.2 Renew 後的新EAD 從什麽時候開始生效: 接著就的EAD還是會有一段時間重疊如果新的EAD在舊的EAD expires 之前approve了? 3. 是否可以不renew舊的EAD. 等需要的時候再申請? 這時候的申請和renew在程序上有什麽不同嗎? 有什麽利弊? BTW, We couple both are with H1B during 140/485 pending now. Your experience or suggestions are highly appreciate it.
