有沒有Philly BEC regular LC批準的案例？

請問最近有沒有Philly BEC regular LC批準的案例？

我的情況是：
PD：08/2002， EB2，NEW JERSEY，半年前收到45天信。以後就再無消息。

我現在想把它轉成Perm，但不知可不可行。

請問有沒有人把regular LC轉成Perm同時保留最初的Priority Date？
