When can I get physical green card?

Email from USCIS said
".. the card was mailed ... on July 25, 2006...".

Now it has been 4 business postal days, not seen the card
in mail.
I am in Tennesse, 200 miles to the green card production
facility in Corbin, Kentucky.

please let me share your opinions.
