1.apply EAD as soon as possible, use EDA to work if your 485 still pending, the risk is if(I mean just IF) your 485 denied, you'll lose your legal status immediately(you should go)

2. you can renew H1 if your 485 still pending(over 180 days, and the next job is same or almost same as the previous one)
