倒黴死了,發發牢騷

倒黴，我的H1B申請上周二送出，移民局周三收到，
居然給我退了回來，說是名額已滿，
但當時名額明明還有不少啊。
退件昨天律師才收到，
今天又送了出去，還不知道會怎麽樣。
倒黴死了。
