1. You don't need to worry about the job ad. It's lawyer's job and they should know how to make up a job ad that only you can fit it.
2. As far as I know, most Corporates do not sponsor green card for accounting position
3. Probably I am wrong, but I think the entry level position in Big 4 is EB-3
