on june 19, 2206, you appeared for an interiew in connection with Form I-751, AT THE TIME YOU TESTIFIED THAT YOU LIVED WITH YOUR SPOUSE FOR ELEVEN MONTHS BEFORE SPEPARATING AND YOU DID NOT RETURN. you claimed in a letter you ted to this service, that though you loved your spouse, monetary concerns and disagreements forced you apart. the only documentntation you provided to this service was a copy of your divoce decree, an amended tax return records of this service Robin Haarr., copies of several email messages and photos of you and your ex-spouse in China.
afetr revieing the evidence ted, we have found that you have failed to establish a commitment to the marial relationship by either party. therefore , it cannot be found that the marriage was entered into in good faith.
