RFE for Eb11--looking for help

Today, I finally get the RFE notice from immigration office. It said " please furhter evidence of DR.xx 's plan's for continuation of work in her field in the United States. evidence of prearranged commitments by Dr.xx (in the form of a recent letter from xx university or from another institution for whom she will continue work), or Dr.xx's own recent statement detailing her plans for continuation of work in her field"

They just ask me to write a work plan, doesn't it? Who meet the same RFE before? I am not sure if it is enough for me to just sumbit a further work plan.

Who can give me some advices for it?
