My son's 485 was rejected without any reason?

it said:
"recently, you ted an application for immigration benefits. that form was ted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application, or the incorrect fee was ted. your check is being returned to you with this notice. no additional action by you is required at this time. please comply with any other reject notice you may receive."
for my 4-year old son, i ted a check at $225. it is the right amount for kids. then ?
