I sent out my application on 11/24/03, I called them every week, but I was told that my application is still not data entered into their computer. I was very worried now, hope they did not lost my package.
You can give them a call and tell them that you sumbitted your application more than 3 months, they should check the status for you.

BTW, one of my friends got his visa last week, he waited for 16 weeks.
