Why was my son's 485 application rejected when my EB1b 140 and 4

my son: 4 years old.
My lawyer got a rejection notice. Did USCIS make a mistake? It seems that USCIS even didnot know what I am applying for.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
