Fouth time to ask, thanks. Follow up

I used to be H4 (my hu*****and H1, 485 pending), and then F1. I graduated this May, thus F1 expired, and forgot to change my status back to H4. I am now admitted to the same university and ready to work on another degree. SInce the 2-month grace period has passed. My current status is immigration 485 pending. I wonder if I can still have F1, or can I be a student with just 485 pending status. Also can I have the scholarship.
