1、應該由現雇主為你辦LC
2、如果B公司為你申請，現transfer到B
3、一旦你遞交了140/485，要等485 pending 180天後才可以換工作，否則一旦為你申請移民的公司withdraw their sponsorship,你的申請通通作廢。
4、即使180天後換了雇主，CIS通常會發出REF，要求說明新工作性質及新雇主是否願意take over the sponsorship

你自己要權衡利弊，原則是穩定壓倒一切
