VSC EB1b 485 under 60 days review

Upon my request on 5/23, VSC in a letter on 7/12 stated my case is under review. A decision or action will be made in 60 days from the date of the letter. I just got this letter on 7/22. My PD is 3/30/04. Did 2nd FP on 5/09/06.
